The logo was created for Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, a state in southern India. It integrates two key cultural symbols:

the arch of Bengaluru Palace at the top and a flowing lotus, inspired by the gestures of Indian classical dance, at the bottom. Indian dance is vital to the nation's heritage, offering a powerful means of expressing its rich culture and way of life. This combination of symbols beautifully represents the city's spirit, creating a warm, welcoming message for visitors.
